According to police in the afternoon hours of Monday, August 3rd, 2015 members of the Niagara Regional Police Service responded to reports of a robbery that had just occurred at a Niagara Falls motel located on Lundy’s Lane.

 

Upon investigating the incident, it was determined that two males and a female had arranged to meet the victim in their motel room.  Once the victim entered the room, he was accosted by the males and struck in the head with a blunt object, suffering only minor injuries.  The victim broke free and called 9-1-1.  In short order, the two males and the female were arrested.

Charged with robbery are two Niagara Falls men, Kenneth Moorehead and Mark Stacey.  Also charged with robbery, as well as possession of a schedule I substance, is a Niagara Falls female who has been identified as Kaitlin Lawrie.

All parties remain in custody pending bail hearings.
