According to police, on Thursday September 3rd 2015 at approximately 2:40pm, the Niagara Falls Street Crime Unit, with the assistance of the Tactical Unit, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a Ferry Street apartment in Niagara Falls.

The Street Crime Unit had been investigating a Crystal Methamphetamine drug trafficking operation that was being operated out of the apartment by Reginald LOCKE.  LOCKE had been the subject of a previous search warrant in June of 2014 where charges including Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Crystal Methamphetamine were laid.  These charges are still before the courts in which LOCKE had recently been released with numerous conditions.

As a result of investigation by Detectives, a search warrant was granted by a Justice to search the Ferry St apartment.  Inside, Street Crime Detectives located a small amount of Crystal Methampehtamine, Morphine pills, Prohibited Weapons (knives), Proceeds of Crime as well as numerous drug paraphernalia items.

As a result, the following charges have been laid:

Reginald LOCKE, 29yrs of Niagara Falls

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2 (Crystal   Methamphetamine and Morphine pills)
Possession of Proceeds of Crime
Breach of Recognizance x6
Possession of a Prohibited Weapon x2
