Police say, at around 3:00 pm on November 13, 2015 they responded to a disturbance at Carlton Heights Pub in St. Catharines.
Two male patrons became involved in an argument with three other males inside the bar. Two of the group of three armed with beer bottles assaulted their two victims, resulting in injuries that were not life-threatening. The third male fled, having no apparent involvement in the assault. The two assailants then fled the bar. One of them was arrested by police a short time later.
28-year-old Ricardo MCFEE is charged with one count of Assault With a Weapon contrary to the Criminal Code, and one count each of Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Cannabis contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is scheduled to appear in St. Catharines Bail Court on November 14, 2015.
Two additional males are being sought in connection with this assault.
One of the suspects involved in the assault is described as a black male, approximately 25 years of age, 5’8″ tall, weighing 180lbs, heavier build, wearing black pants, black jacket and a baseball hat.
