Environment Canada is warning that a severe thunderstorm watch continues in Niagara Falls – Welland – Southern Niagara Region – St. Catharines – Grimsby – and the Northern Niagara Region. In some areas thunderstorm activity has already occurred.  The heat warning also continues in the region.

 

Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when atmospheric conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms that could produce one or more of the following: large hail, damaging winds, torrential rainfall. Now let’s look at the detailed forecast:
