Since March of 2017, police say, members of the 1 District Street Crime Unit have been investigating two brothers regarding their involvement in the sales of Crystal Methamphetamine in the City of St.Catharines.

 

During the course of the investigation, police made observations that were consistent with individuals who were operating a drug trafficking operation from their residence and vehicle and on March 31st at about 5:45 p.m., members of the St.Catharines Street Crime Unit and the Emergency Task Unit arrested one of the males in the area of Vale Avenue in the City of St.Catharines. Police located a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine, Canadian currency and two prohibited weapons on his person.

At approximately 6:15 p.m., Police executed a search warrant at their residence in the Western Hill area of St.Catharines. At the residence Police arrested two individuals without incident. At the residence Police seized a quantity of Cocaine and Prescription Medication.

Arrested and charged was 32 year old Juston Price of St.Catharines for the following:

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Possession of a Prohibited Weapon x 2
Failing to Comply with his Recognizance x 3

29 year old Damar Price of St.Catharines with: Possession of a Controlled Substance x 2

25 year old Tamara Curtis of St.Catharines with: Possession of a Controlled Substance x 2

Juston PRICE has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on April 1st 2017, while Damar PRICE and CURTIS have been released on a Promise to Appear.
