Looking back over Bike Nights at Clare’s Harley-Davidson® of Niagara over the summer, there have been a bevy of great memories and good times shared by folks from all walks of life.

The Thursday night tradition which regularly brought hundreds together in the parking lot of Clare’s Harley-Davidson® of Niagara always featured top-notch live entertainment, food and plenty of bikes.  But really an incredible highlight to Bike Night’s was the wide variety of people who gathered and the stories they shared.

Collected regularly by the folks at HTZ- FM, the “Bike Blog” shone insight into the hearts of many attendees with their touching tales. Tales that ranged from great relationships that started at a bike club to a new lease on life found through riding. Tales that echoed every day people looking to find meaning and make the world a better place.

Below, John aka “the Widowmaker” on the outside may have seemed daunting to many but digging a little deeper, he talked about being a trucker and how the name was actually created by co-workers for him after a history of losing several loved ones to cancer.

Since 2001 Clare’s has hosted Lucky 13 Cruise Nights – Bike Nights.  They started out at Arizona’s Taps & Grill, moved to the Moose & Goose in Thorold and then in 2009, moved  the event to the Dealership itself, in Niagara on the Lake.

The tradition continued this year for 13 weeks from the 1st Thursday in June to the last Thursday in August and how popular was it?  Just check out the pics below!
